The Fiberstars Quartz Halogen Illuminator is a good value and quality option for small to medium sized fiber-optic lighting projects. Multiple units can also be used to tackle even the largest projects.

This Illuminator can be used for up to 410 strands of fiber (450 strands with the CCS port tips). A standard fiber optic pool light uses 300 strands, and the accessories mostly use 50 strands. So this illuminator will operate a maximum of 1 pool light and 2 of the light features shown below (With the CCS port tips there can be 1 pool light and 3 light features).

2004 / 2004AS includes standard port tips, NOT CCS port tips. CCS port tips must be purchased separately.
