Mix Ratios:
General Cleaning of Oil Accumulation on Concrete Floors, Parking Garages, Drive Through, Gas Station Pads, and Oily Dumpster Pads: Add 12 oz. to 1 gallon of water and apply with a chemical sprayer. Downstreaming or X-Jetting: Add 1 gallon of ProTool Building Cleaner to 1 gallon of water in the Downstreaming/X-Jetting draw bucket for a 1 to 10 or 10% mix rate downstreamer or X-Jet. Rinse thoroughly.
Building Siding general dirt and grim on Stucco and Siding where there is no mold and mildew: Add 1 to 2 oz. to 1 gallon of water and apply with a chemical sprayer. Downstream: add 16 oz. to each gallon of water in the draw bucket for a 1 to 10 or 10% mix rate downstreamer or X-Jet. Rinse thoroughly.
Oxidized Vinyl and Aluminum Siding: Remove oxidation from siding. Add 16 oz. to 1 gallon of water and apply with a chemical sprayer. Downstreaming or X-Jetting: add 96 oz. of ProTool Building Cleaner to 1 gallon of water in the draw bucket for a 1 to 10 or 10% mix rate downstreamer or X-Jet. Rinse thoroughly.
Rubber, Vinyl & Plastic: Add 9 oz. to 1 gallon of water apply product to area to be cleaned and scrub vigorously. Dry area completely with a soft, clean cloth or towel.
Engines, Equipment, Heavy Dark Spots on Concrete Floors, Oily Drive-Throughs: Add 24 oz. to 1 gallon of water wet down the surrounding painted surfaces with water. Using a chemical sprayer generously spray product on surface, dwell for several minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
